Remote working - Inside IR35

We are currently recruiting for a CRM Architect to join our clients Digital Engineering team. We are looking for a CRM Architect who has worked in consultancy roles across a range of CRM technologies such as Dynamics 365 and Salesforce. This is a great opportunity for you to play a pivotal role in CRM technology transformation, working with a leading client in the insurance sector.

The Opportunity

  • Provide technology focused consulting services within the CRM domain
  • This is an advisory/delivery hybrid role, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable working on defining CRM strategy and helping clients to set up a CRM capability within their organisation
  • Operating within high-performing, collaborative teams consisting of industry experts, change-makers, creative designers, technologists and engineers
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to understand the business and technical requirements, and then develop an approach to meet their needs
  • Collaborate as a leading member of the team with practice leads, industry leads, delivery managers, business analysts, and other IT professionals to implement technical solutions
  • Act as a key contributor to building the capabilities of the delivery team and our best practices approaches

The Person

  • Multiple years CRM consulting experience using Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce and other similar technologies
  • Preferably experience of multiple CRM technologies, must want to work across multiple CRM technologies, not just a single vendor
  • Consulting, rather than development focus: has performed/wants to perform technology strategy/advisory roles rather than CRM upgrades/enhancements
  • Strong delivery focus - able to act as technical lead on initial CRM implementation phases
  • Strong stakeholder management - evidence of facing off to senior client stakeholders
  • Comfortable delivering demo solutions/proof of concepts to tight timescales

Must have experience of the following:

  • Experience of CRM strategy, technology selection and supporting business case creation
  • Experience of CRM solutions covering workflow management
  • Experience of multi-channel integration with a CRM solution
  • Experience implementing CRM solutions such as Dynamics or Salesforce in a wider eco system
  • Experience of integrating CRM solutions with both new technologies and Legacy Mainframe applications
  • Experience of Single Page APP framework with GraphQL based APIs
