Client Services Executive

My client, within the Investment Management sector, requires a Client Services Executive to join on a 6 months contract paying up to £304/day (via umbrella).

The successful applicant will be responsible for the efficient assistance of monthly and quarterly tasks for a large number of Global Funds. The client base is global with clients based in the UK, North America and Asia Pacific. They will work closely with the Client service executives responsible for these clients, ensuring that a high level of service is provided.

Core responsibilities:

*Preparation of Due Diligence Questionnaires and Client Attestations
*Preparation of information included in Trustee/Director reports for client meetings.
*Working closely with Client services executives on all administration issues.
*Ensure management information figures are collated on a monthly and quarterly basis.
*Input into various departmental projects.
*Ensuring that the client database information is always kept up to date with any amendments.
*Timely completion of monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc client reporting.

Skills Required:

*Solid experience in Client Service administration with minimum 3 years experience in Investment Management.
*Keen and enthusiastic personality who adapts easily to change and works well in a team environment.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Strong organisational skills
*Ability to work under pressure, within tight deadlines
*Good knowledge and skill set of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
*High attention to detail
