Senior Project Manager - 12 months - insdie IR35
The ideal candidate will have experience of public/private sector pensions administration or other financial services focussed operational environments
Essential Criteria:
- Deep experience of leading successful technology enabled business and process change in a customer-facing delivery environment
- Development and management of Business Cases based on the Treasury Five Case model.
- Excellent project management skills and a track record of working affordably and flexibly within demanding timetables
- Fluency in digital service design and delivery
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Good knowledge of the Scottish Approach to Service Design and Digital Scotland Service Standard.
- Experience as a Senior Project Manager in regulated financial services, delivering a wide variety of IT enabled change projects.
- Experience of working within the public sector/Scottish government; familiarity with the SG assurance framework, including the Gateway process and Digital Scotland Service Standard.
- Recent experience of complex COTS/packaged software implementations
- Significant experience of managing multi-disciplinary teams, using a combination of sourcing and management approaches - eg permanent colleagues, agency workers, vendor teams, secondments, direct placements and Matrix-management.
