Description
The Integrated Experience Specialist will be a member of the EMEA Marketing Center of the Health Care Business Group and will work alongside the Integrated Experience Marketers to support the development and project management of integrated marketing programs.
The Integrated Experience Specialist will lead the activation of digital campaigns and event communications.
The responsibilities will include communication to prepare local teams for sales activation and ensure roadblocks during activation are identified, resolved and progress is enabled to meet expected timelines.
Responsible for managing the project pipeline within the area of responsibility and activations of projects aligned to plan
Leading digital campaign development and execution in EMEA aligned to global programs and area division priorities and supporting integrated program activation of integrated programs in EMEA
Leading the event communication activation aligned to the EMEA standardized canvas and process
Ensure that work aligned to responsibilities is prioritized, planned, executed, and measured
Organize regular, structured communication to keep teams aligned, engaged, on track
Ensure all team members are on board with delegated tasks, status, and next steps
Prepare and share end campaign reports and learnings
Support division teams with guidance on processes, tools, and templates
Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration
Minimum 5 years of experience in a Digital Marketing and/or Project Management roles
Experience across multiple digital disciplines such as marketing automation, social, paid media, and website
Good communication, networking skills, and stakeholder management
Experience in developing presentations and wider team communications
Experience working with globally distributed and cross-functional teams
Ability to work in a fast paced, quick change environment
