We are IT Recruitment Specialists partnered with a prestigious Global Consultancy who require an Impact and Performance Manager for one of their public sector clients based as Remote (potential travel- Gloucester and Coventry).

New technologies and different ways of heating homes
Construction innovation, new procedures for large companies and procumbent companies within central government
Technologies/systems used:
- Excel and Powerpoint
- Power BI (beneficial)
- Teams
- Zoom
Core day to day duties:
- Good with number and spreadsheets
- Picking out key data for success stories
- Collecting data and understanding it for the productivity
- Presenting data found from the reports
Key skills:
- Data driven
- Understanding of data and analysis
- Clear understanding of reports with numerical data
- Analyse how data and how it can have benefits
- Good presentation skills- for stakeholders and teams within the organisation
- Strong communication
- Knowledge/understanding of a number of data visualisation methods/tools to help improve the visualisation of the data we have already collected
- An awareness of what data might be collected that could tell a better story on the objectives we have achieved in TCC to date
- Tools we use include Qualtrix/PowerBI and all Excel methods but new & different techniques can be used
- Good comms skills to engage with/explore data with Innovation Leads
