Description
This position requires 70% Site Design Management and 30% Site Acquisition & Permitting.
This role is outside of IR35 and will require approximately 50% travel.
Site Acquisition & Permitting Manager
Responsible for overall project SA and permitting activities (process, resources, performance and Quality) in NSN customer project.
Build and maintain the project SA and permitting team together with NSN region/sub region SA management organization; Ensure Site Acquisition activities meet customer and NSN requirements.
Leads permitting process with local authorities; Agree site model drawings, lease fee frames and lease approval process with customer;
Prepares together with project manager roll out schedule based on realistic lead times and fulfilling the customer time line.
Follow up subcontractor resourcing and performance, prepare and implement corrective action;
Organizes training and support to the local SA and permitting service suppliers as required.
