Salesforce Technical Lead
Rate: Competitive, depending on experience

THE COMPANY
Empiric are working with a financial services organisation to secure a Salesforce Technical Lead on an initial 6 month contract.
THE ROLE
A Salesforce Technical Lead will be required to know their way around the technical side of Salesforce implementations, but also how to interact with others to drive teams towards business goals. As subject matter experts, they will need to be comfortable answering the questions that other team members have about Salesforce configuration. They will also need the leadership talents required to motivate and inspire others.
THE INDIVIDUAL
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in technology implementation for full life cycle enterprise software projects.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience developing Salesforce customizations (Apex/VF), integrations, and to develop and execute data migrations.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience leading projects, technical project teams, and performing code reviews.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 5 years) work experience
- Relevant Salesforce Certifications
Desirable
- Experience managing developers
- Lightning experience
- Well-rounded in both functional and technical aspects of a CRM engagement.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Combination of business analysis and technology implementation experience.
