SAP Business Analyst
In this position you would join the HR department of one of the largest financial enterprises in the Netherlands. It's a very dynamic environment and it's responsible at a higher level for all the HR systems used within the financial industry from other departments as well.
The team is responsible for the core system which is SAP SuccessFactors but also other applications and a learning platform.
Most of the colleagues will be Dutch speaking and working on location but there are also few colleagues working offshore from India.
As SAP Consultant/Business Analyst you will contribute to the team by configuring the system (SAP SuccesFactors) and gathering requirements to improve the status of the platform and the applications.
Requirements:
- Native/fluent Dutch speaker or proficient in Dutch language
- Familiar with analysis and configuration of SAP systems
- Able to implement improvements on SAP systems
- Previous experience as an IT business analyst for HR systems or as SAP consultant
Tasks:
- Configuring SAP SuccessFactors and other HR systems
- Gathering requirements from multiple stakeholders
- Coordinating with the team on necessary improvements on existing SAP modules
