Operations Regulatory Control - QA Analyst - Belfast - £450 Umbrella
Harvey Nash are supporting the hiring of an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst, with an Operations Regulatory Control background, on a contract basis with a major Tier 1 Banking organisation based out of Belfast.
- £450 p/day Umbrella (inside IR35)
- Belfast - flex for 3-4 days a week remote working
- 12 month duration (potential to go perm after)
Role Duties:
- To support the Regulatory Reporting Quality Assurance manager within the Regulatory Reporting function.
- Identifying and remediating data quality issues with, but not limited to, the banks SFTR and MiFID II Transaction Reporting logic.
- Employing structured analysis and quality assurance techniques to ensure completeness, clarity and non-ambiguity of requirements provided to technology for implementation.
- Participate in the testing of tactical and strategic fixes/enhancements
Experience Required:
- Proven experience in issue identification and resolution while developing creative solutions to problems
- Experience working with technology teams articulating issues and expectations
- Understanding of capital markets, financial instruments, trade execution/booking and trade life cycle desirable
- Existing knowledge of transaction reporting or other financial regulations desirable
