SAFe Consultant x 2
Location: Bristol (Hybrid working model)
Clearance: MoD DV
Duration: 3 months initially
IR35 Determination: Inside
Rate: £600 - £675 a day
SAFe Consultant: You will work within a small customer focussed team and help the MOD adopt SAFe and transition to Lean Portfolio Management. This will require the adaptation of the SAFe methodology
to the client's context and the design of high-level processes and functions as part of the development of a future operating model.

You will:
+ Have project experience in Defence, with proven experience on tasks involving the design of operating models and implementation of agile methodologies, particularly SAFe;
+ Have strong collaborative and relationship management skills with experience and confidence working in a client-side advisory role;
+ Have the flexibility to travel, to meet regular commitments in Bristol and farther afield.
You will ideally:
+ Be a Certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC);
+ Have knowledge and experience of SAFe Lean Portfolio Management;
+ Have knowledge and experience of P3M practices;
+ Familiarity with ITIL and SIAM;
+ Experience of working in the Defence Digital or DE&S acquisition environment is strongly preferred, along with familiarity with Defence systems at higher classifications.
