Required Skills and Experience:
Commercial experience working in an Agile environment as a Release Train Engineer, Agile Delivery Manager, Agile Programme Manager or similar position
Solid knowledge of Scrum, SAFe and Agile values and best practice techniques
Experience coordinating multiple teams and/or projects
Attention to detail and ability to understand and interpret data
Ability to coach and influence
