One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for a Reliability Engineer/Service Manager/Incident Manager .
You can work remotely but you will be required to be onsite near Antwerp, Belgium 1-2 days per month.

Description: This positions includes different aspects of the support services:
- Service management including portfolio mgt and partner mgt with SLA's and service reviews
- Reliability incident and problem mgt
- Change mgt with service transition
- Observability to improve the business experience and proactive incident mgt
- Knowledge mgt and continuous service improvements
- Automation and AIops
We are looking for an experienced consultant with strong technology capabilities, service minded and collaborative towards the business and the partners delivering the service. Collaboration and communication is key in this position.
