Job Description:
- TOGAF certified architect for shaping e2e requirements and architecting solutions for workplace adjustment initiative
- Able to operate in Agile working environment (knowledge of one or more of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
- Experience of banking environments ideally group or corporate functions - excellent solution presentation skills (verbal/written)
- Knowledge of confluence/JIRA
- Knowledge of HR functions ideally Diversity & Inclusion
- Experience of architecting solutions on the Cloud (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS)
- Experience of APIs/Integrations
- Experience with workflow tooling (eg Service Now, Appian or others)
- Nice to have - Experience of workplace assessment tooling and market product option appraisal methods (eg RFI/RFP docs/steps)
- Educated to degree level - certifications to support experience
