Description
Whitebridge Group, the specialist Digital Transformation consultancy, is looking for an experienced Process Change Manager to support a transformation programme.
Candidate's required/essential experience
- Experience of mapping business processes in complex/large organization
- Experience of the above on large projects (over £5milion of value)
- Experience of a customer relationship management system (CRM)- (ideally Oracle CX)
- Experience in utilities as an advantage
- Working in an Agile environment
