Job Description:
- Supporting the program to define their requirements including a detailed specification, clear technical requirements and quality thresholds, development of effective KPIs/SLAs to measure performance, supporting the capture and maintenance of sufficient data on assets and services to nurture and optimise the marketplace enabling effective bid submissions.
- Preparing and leading on a range of market engagement activity, including presentation materials, question and answer capture at Supplier Webinars, 121 meetings, analysis of supplier feedback and strategic recommendations.
- Strategy development at contract level, using business acumen and market insight to drive commercial opportunities to deliver continuous improvement, value for money and/or savings.
- To support activities and governance to enable business case approvals.
- Analysing market, spend and performance data and presenting this to support commercial activity.
