At the moment we're looking for a Civil Supervisor for our Client.- Discipline Site Superintendent Civil
- Start: November 2021
- Location: Hungary
- Duration: End of June 2022
Supervision
- Interpret Client's Standards and construction codes towards client and construction contractors
- Check theadherencetoconstructioncontractsanditsincludedrequirements, specificationsandcodesbycontractorsofit'sdiscipline
- Set-up of Construction site organization plan of related discipline
- Plan the construction activities along with the CM as well as various discipline engineers
- Solve construction problems, register and evaluate engineering deficiencies on site and record them as well as inform and discuss the very same with the affected department.
- Assignsitesupervisorstorespectiveareasoractivitiesas per therequirementofproject
- Follow-up of discipline personnel and resources deployment plan
- Review andapprovaloftimesheetsandholiday-scheduleofinternalpersonnel
- Follow-up of internal / external correspondence
- Review of construction schedule and procurement plans
- Contribute to change management towards client or contractors in case of contractual deviations in agreement with CM and SM
- Expedite the provision of missing engineering documents and materials
- Daily inspection of construction activities on site including dimensional spot-checks and participation in the execution of acceptances of the contractual scope of work of contractors for it's discipline
Qualification & skills
- diploma/degree in engineering or equivalent
- experience in Oil/ Gas & Petrochemical industry
- experience in technical drawing, standards, documentation control
- knowledge of international standards
- excellent leadership skills, good presentation and negotiation skills
- effective work with diverse business units
- flexibility, creativity, team focus
- personal computer and software skills (MS Office products, CAD-software)
- language: English excellent knowledge
