Description

  • Omnichannel/Multichannel Engagement Manager for the Pharmaceutical industry
  • Contract (12 months)
  • 400 per day (via Umbrella)
  • Remote Working (+ Holborn, London)

The Opportunity:

You will be developing and implementing on a number of robust omnichannel plans which will synchronise across our client's Veeva CLM/CRM, websites, broadcast emails, digital/print adverts and webinars. The position will report into the Digital Strategy Lead to agree the priorities to focus on across the specific therapy areas for a number of Multichannel Marketing (MCM) initiatives.

Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrable experience showing marketing activities are compliant with in-house Standard Operating Procedures and the ABPI Code of Practice and how it can impact the development, approval and implementation of digital plans
  • Must have developed successful approaches in both planning & implementing on multichannel plans, ideally with c3-5 years' experience of pharmaceutical marketing across omnichannel/multichannel platforms
  • Demonstration of strong project management skills and effectively managing multiple projects and priorities, including close working with agencies
  • Experience with the Veeva Promomats approval system is highly desirable but not mandatory.

Role and Responsibilities:

You will be become their digital channel expert, supporting the operational optimisation of a specific platform within the organisation for the benefit of all business units, requiring strong stakeholder engagement skills, the natural curiosity to fully understand a specific topic; and develop and optimise processes to be communicated/trained out to the business. The role will see you work with their preferred partner suppliers, supporting various teams in optimising the way they work to ensure consistency and increased efficiencies across those therapy areas.
