Contracts Manager - Telco/IT in to Public Sector - Contract, Inside IR35 - Remote
Digital Skills are pleased to be working with one of the leading telecom companies in the UK. The client are a giant who provide ICT, Telco an network capabilities to a number of organisations, including contracts across the UK Public Sector.
Due to high growth and demand, the client are in need of expert Contract Negotiation and Management support and are hiring for an experienced Commercial Contracts Manager to be a supplier side specialist.
You will be working on IT and Telco programmes, negotiating and managing contracts valued at a range of £50k to £10m.
Required Experience
- Commercial and Contract Management experience selling in to the UK Public Sector
- Experience of Government frameworks
- Experience of negotiating and managing IT and Telco Contracts
- Being a supplier side expert
- Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheets etc.
- Ability to track and record risks an issues in commercial contracts
The role is to help speerhead the growth of the devision, working alongside key stakeholders in Procurement, Finance, Sales and technology. You will be a leader and an expert who will have sold knowledge of Government Frameworks and protocols, being able to work in a number of different frameworks, as appropriate.
This is a remote role, based anywhere in the UK. You will be required to have the ability to travel to meetings as required, which may be across the UK.
The role is inside of IR35 and pays up to £485 per day.
