Role overview
- As a Service Implementation Administrator, you will have an important supporting role in a strategic Supplier migration project, following on from the clients acquisition of SAP Digital Interconnect in 2020. You will work closely with the Account Management organisation and Service Implementation team to manage the registration of customer data with regulators in countries across the world.
- The migration plan for both customers and suppliers are set, you will be central in the preparation and hands-on activities in making the migration happen, in close collaboration with the Account Managers. You will be able to gather data and communicate plans with Account Managers, as well as directly with customers, along with regional regulators to register customers details.
- You will also work closely with the Migration Project Managers to track progress and report to both customer and supplier migration teams.
Duties
- Customer data analysis and compilation of details for Account Managers to review - management of data in Excel
- Work closely with the Account Managers to gather missing data from customers for submission to regulators.
- Compile customer data into regulator documents and manage submission process.
