Business Architect - Salesforce - Life & Pensions

Outsource currently have an exciting position for a Business Architectto join my FS client in Cirencester for a 6-8 month contract.

Candidates will have to work through an Umbrella Company, candidates will be expected to work 1-2 days onsite - remote work is available.

You will work on an exciting project where you will ensure business solutions deployed meet business objectives and are consistent, pragmatic, and joined up across business units, suppliers and technology.

Responsibilities for Business Architect:

  • Own the end to end business solution for the assigned programmes or subject areas, engaging and obtaining buy-in from stakeholders where required
  • Deliver consultancy to support business decision making, shaping new initiatives and future projects and programmes
  • Influence and approve the design of future phases/other initiatives
  • Produce overview or cross functional design documents where required.
  • Support the Technical and Data Architects to assure design of the data, application, and technology elements of the solution.

Essential Skills Required:

  • Knowledge of Salesforce is highly beneficial.
  • Extensive business design and analysis experience on large systems and business change programmes across multiple business areas in the financial services industry (Life & Pensions, Wealth Management or both
  • Good knowledge of the financial services industry, its products and distribution models and business solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written), at all levels.
