Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) Knowledge Analyst - Contract - Outside IR35
The ITSM Knowledge Analyst supports the ITSM Knowledge Management process and is responsible for the overall process operation and performance
Responsibilities
- Ensure the provision of consistent, proven resolutions via the Service Knowledge Management System (SKMS) that allow users to help themselves or understand how to get help
- Ensure that the Knowledge system is well designed and user friendly, and accessible to Sellafield business users
- Support communication activities to drive up usage of the Knowledge system
- Utilise ServiceNow features to proactively identify knowledge gaps using machine learning
Qualifications
- Ownership of the Service Knowledge Management System (SKMS)
- Ownership of the Knowledge Management application within ServiceNow
- Design and allocation of Knowledge publisher, reviewer, approver and all other roles
- To advise both ISO colleagues and the Service Providers on ITSM Knowledge Management strategy and priorities
