Role:
- To support the client to develop a suite of payment services, relating to rules, industry guidance, regulatory reporting forms, and central bank policies and procedures ~ this will be supporting the implementation of new payments in relation to legislation for Payment Service Providers (PSPs) and Payment System Oversight (PSOs).

- Electronic Cheques
- Electronic Direct Debit mandates
- Rules specifying requirements between PSPs and between PSOs
- Rules, guidance, forms, and supervisory policies linking to major incidents for PSOs
- Rules setting pricing limits for PSPs and related to electronic copies.
The individual:
- A strong understanding and prior experiences within payments, eg regulatory expectations on PSPs, and a broad awareness of the payment systems and PSO obligations within the UK and international perspectives.
- Experiences in writing rules, policies, and procedures.
- The ability to review existing draft rules and further apply them in a pragmatic, client-centric approach - which ensures requirements are met, whilst further supporting the client's understanding of international payments landscapes.
- Ensuring the end deliverables meet the clients' requirements
- Integrating international good practice to future proof the rules.
