Description
Trilogy are working with a leading global IT consultancy who are currently looking for a Lead Data visualization engineer/Power BI with Scrum master experience.
Skills required:
- Expertise in Data visualization and able to play a role as lead data visualization engineer.
- Should have over all 8+ years in relevant tools (PowerBI & Spotfire)
- Expertise with tools: Tibco Spotfire, MS Power BI
- Knowledge in Scripting languages: Python, Iron Python, optional R
- Able to understand the Business requirements in detail
- Business knowledge: strong upstream business background, as majority of the team members are Reservoir Engineers
- Coaching skills: capable in helping the team to improve practices around documentation, peer reviews, supporting introduction of software engineering tools and processes; advising on upskilling options; shaping small tasks to facilitate learning by doing "
- Scrum Master certifications (PSM I, CSM, PSM II, PSM III, CSP, CTC)
- Removing impediments (people, process or tools) that hinders agility within the team
- Building a safe environment to stimulate innovation
- Total overall experience of 10-14 years. In this overall experience, should be playing the Scrum Master role for at least 2-4 years for a Scrum Team
- Software development background is an advantage
- Manage stakeholders outside the team
- Knowledge of other approaches discussed in the Agile space: XP, Kanban, Nexus, LeSS, SAFe, DevOps etc.
