Description
Scrum Master with live SC Clearance or DV Clearance required to join our defence client on an initial 5 month contract with an extension of 12-18 months thereafter.
We are looking for a dedicated Scrum Master with experience of overseeing multiple teams on intricate software programmes.
Working closely with the product team you will serve the developers to support smooth running processes and ensure productivity remains at optimum levels.
We are looking for a Scrum Master with strong appreciation of frameworks such as LeSS, SAFe and Nexus, as well as Scrum alternatives such as Kanban.
We are looking for a motivational leader who has worked in solely Scrum Master positions rather than hybrid roles where being a Scrum Master has come in addition to other responsibilities.
Please note this is a 5 month contract inside IR35 which requires occasional travel to Portsmouth.
You must have live SC Clearance or DV Clearance to be considered for this role.
My client has an excellent of programme underway, which is very likely to roll on for some years, so this could prove to be a great long term home.
