Corporate Actions SME - Payments/Client enquires
A Corporate Actions SME is required on a contract basis to provide subject matter expert support answering Corporate Actions notification and payment inquiries and provide reporting within client service level agreements and agreed quality standards.
Candidates need to work through an Umbrella company for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure client inquiries are resolved and escalated as needed, review aged inquiries to ensure appropriate and timely resolution in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.
- As required, participate in client calls and complete reporting tasks within the assigned timeframes.
- Consistently meet individual productivity benchmarks and turnaround targets.
- Maintain dedicated client service phone line availability levels throughout business hours.
- Communicate with colleagues and managers regularly on all aspects of the client experience including service feedback and product requests.
Skills and experience required:
- Financial Services experience.
- Corporate Actions experience including Payment inquires and working to Service level agreements.
- Proven communication skills
