Description
We are looking for an Agile Coach who will be accountable for-
. Fostering an agile working environment, accelerating ways of working and building capability within the organisation.
. Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to teams through facilitation and utilisation of agility tools, methods and visual aids.
. Creating the business agility transformation plan. Facilitating the creation of the plan, communicating upcoming changes, and establishing metrics to measure the transformation journey's success.
. Identifying value streams and aligning business activity and development teams to the value streams.
. Leading and coaching cultural change, and embedding servant leadership across teams.
. Providing training and thought leadership on agility and related capabilities Developing and leading communities of practice, and other forums, to proactively share knowledge
