Interim Brand Manager
Rate: £500-£600 a day via umbrella
Length: 6 months with the option for extension or a permanent role
Location: London/Manchester (flexible homeworking)
I'm working in partnership with a large well-known financial services business to hire a brand expert to deliver strategy, brief agencies and support marketing teams .
You'll work across the whole organisation to deliver brand clarity, working closely with the Head of Communications and the senior members of marketing teams.
Responsibilities
- Act as an ambassador for brand, strategy and culture across the organisation
- Design brand architecture and roll out the brand strategy
- Co-creating brand engagement programmes
- Managing brand guidelines and delivering the policies and processes to embed the brand
- Work with legal to manage intellectual property (trademarks, domains)
- Ensuring there is no reputational risk implications due to brand related activity
Desirable skills and experience
- A brand expert used to working in a Matrix structure
- An understanding of "best practice" in a regulated environment (financial services background preferred but not essential)
- Experience across all marketing channels.
- Great communication skills and a collaborative approach to work
- Strong creative eye and flair- design and attention to detail.
- Experience managing agencies and know how to get the best from them.
- Ability to build strong and productive working relationships with marketing teams
