Job Title: Business Operations Associate  

Location: London/WFH  

Part Time, Fixable working hours

Duration: 3-6 months, with the view to extend further 

PAYE Only

Joining a global well known organisation, you will be work closely with the Business Manager and a team of business analysts to learn tools, processes and systems in depth to collaborate on improvements for short-term and future impact.

As a Business Operations Associate you help drive key initiatives that are in support of their standard rhythm of the business, including monthly business reviews, team key performance planning and accounts and billing. This work requires engagement with the sales teams and key partners across Global Operations.

Requirements - skills and experience:

Technical/Functional Skills

  • Strong MS Excel competency (Vlookup, tables, filters, PivotTables, PowerPivot, etc.) and skilled in other desktop applications, including Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams
  • Strong experience in building and using Power BI
  • Familiarity of analytical and reporting processes in a sales, service and/or marketing environment
  • Project and/or program management experience.
  • Ability to identify required resources/team members, drive a sense of common purpose and shared goals/vision, delivering results as an outcome of ongoing or time-bound work.
  • Ability to do all of this across multiple simultaneous projects/programs of various complexity and scale.
  • Ability to work independently and within a group

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain data sharing platforms that help run rhythm of the business
  • Support development of existing reporting and creation of new reports and analysis
  • Support Business Manager with meeting notes and action updates
  • Analyse billing support data to build recommendations for education and process improvement, partnering with other teams to implement billing education needs to introduce process updates
  • Assist in troubleshooting questions/issues and supporting escalations
  • Proactively identify process gaps/issues, and present solutions for resolution.
  • Propose preventative measures and process enhancements to improve seller and client experience
