ServiceNow Project Manager - 24 months contract - 100% Remote
One of our important clients is currently looking for a ServiceNow Project Manager for a 24 months contract. This is a 100% remote work.
Please find some details below:

Management of projects and communication with the senior management. If any emerging concerns then escalating it

Taking care of the relationship with the personnel including the senior management
-
Creating and owning Project Management artefacts including Project Plans, backlogs, RAID logs, regular reports, CRs etc
-
Creating & maintaining a supportive environment within the team so that everyone is encouraged to contribute and is given opportunities to develop;

Regular review progress concerning plan, risks, effort consumed etc.

Identifying and planning resource requirements (and working collaboratively with other Project Managers) to ensure we optimise resource utilisation.

Support client teams in order to analyze, define and frame their needs, define with the target processes to implement, design the functional solutions of the project, write general and detailed specifications, etc.
Experience in the following:

You have delivered a portfolio of ServiceNow projects

Being able to engage with client stakeholders successfully and positively and being open to exploring with them any further help they may require;

Resilient, tenacious and results driven with good communication and influencing skills;

Self-starter and highly motivated towards success;

Good Team Player
