IRB Compliance Manager - £525 per day - 6 month contractOverview;
A highly reputable financial organisation is currently searching an interim IRB Compliance Manager on a 6 month contract paying up to £525 per day (Umbrella) based in either Chatham or Wolverhampton.
The role and responsibilities:
Liaise with data and system owners to ensure that IRB Compliance obligations are understood and met
Management of all stages of data lineage and data dictionary production control and maintenance, including proof of concept;
Liaison with Change Management and IT teams across the Data Controls project delivery life cycle
As a nominated Risk Champion for your function, work alongside the Risk function in developing and maintaining a risk management agenda, acting both to ensure the necessary levels of transparency for potential risks and promoting a positive culture of awareness and accountability throughout your function.
Assist with IRB Module One and Module Three submissions where relevant
Ensure that you fully understand and comply with the organisation's Data Governance Policies as they relate to your area of responsibility and demonstrate in your day to day work that you treat data as an important corporate asset which must be protected and managed
Maintain the company's compliance standards and ensure timely completion of all mandatory on-line training modules and attestations
Maintenance of project plans; attending and actively participating in Project meetings; creating reports and reporting on projects to senior stakeholders;
Liaison with Internal Audit and facilitation of internal audits;
Ensuring that change activity on IRB systems is effected according to relevant compliance obligations;
Ensure that you fully understand and comply with the organisation's Risk Management Policies as they relate to your area of responsibility and demonstrate in your day to day work that you put customers at the heart of everything you do;
Requirements:
Understanding of transformation logic applied to critical IRB data elements;
Data Quality Assessment, Remediation and Recommendations
Data Quality Indicator Reporting
Operationalise of Data Governance Processes, ensuring alignment with Group;
Operational Readiness including but not limited to BAU resourcing, training, incident, change and release process maintenance, BCP and DR;

£525 per day (inside IR35)
