Remote
Business Analyst is required to work in the project team to mature information in a Services Catalogue, a catalogue of products and services for the Business.
You will communicate effectively with all areas of the business to generate appropriate information requests, capturing information, understanding, and mapping services into a ServiceNow catalogue tool.
Experience:
- Analytical skills to create and maintain a variety of information sets.
- Good understanding of ServiceNow
- Ability to work with colleagues to standardise information sets in specific ways to enable the accurate population of an information catalogue.
- Refine procedures and operating instructions for processes.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to draw information from various areas of the business.
Essential experience:
- Previous Government Security Clearance, Basic Clearance sufficient to get started
- ServiceNow Experience.
- Data Entry.
- ITIL Knowledge, IT Service Management.
