I hope you started the new year healthy and well and had relaxing holidays with your family.My client from plant engineering is currently looking for an experienced site manager (m / f / d) for his project in Hungary.
Tasks:
- Leads and guides the site team with emphasis on safety, quality, schedule, and cost
- Managing the interfaces between disciplines at site as well as between partners and subcontractors
- Supervision and coordination of subcontractors on site together with the discipline supervisors
- Ensuring safety and security at site together with the HSE manager
- Accesses subcontractors performance and productivity
- Reviews the construction progress in accordance with the schedule and if necessary initiates remedy measures to recover delays and interferences
- Maintaining an efficient communication between home offices and site
- Reporting of safety performance and construction progress data
- Conducting weekly construction review meetings with subcontractor representatives and the team
Qualifikationen/Erfahrungen:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably mechanical engineering
- > 5 years field experience in Site/Construction Management of petrochemical plant construction sites
- Multi discipline background
- Intercultural competences and leadership skills
- Demonstrates beside technical competence management and leadership capabilities
- Knowledge in regards to management tools, construction procedures and subcontractor management
- Principles and basic knowledge of Engineering/Construction in all disciplines
- SCC certification
- Able to make technical decisions during the construction execution in accordance with corporate standards and project procedures
- Interacting in multicultural environments and open for communications
