Description

Recruitment Coordinator

Contract Length: 6 months
Location: Manchester, London or Bristol (Hybrid working)

In this role you'll:
Plan contracting recruitment campaigns helping stakeholders to map timelines and provide schedules for all activity end-to-end
Provide job description and statement of work templates, helping internal customers to build these with all the required information
Create engaging contract adverts on our internal ATS, social media and other sites for active campaigns and talent pools
Manage applications from contingent workers & contractors for all active campaigns and talent pools
Release requirements to our supply chain, communicating clearly to our suppliers details of requirements and target delivery dates
Lead all recruitment coordination and administration support, which includes but not limited to; diary management, logistics (meetings and visits), room bookings for each campaign and updating relevant systems and spreadsheets
Provide recruitment templates to internal customers to help them effectively manage campaigns, guiding them through each step
Provide candidate short-lists to internal customers
Book interviews and assessments, coordinating these end-to-end to ensure that the panel members and candidates have a positive experience
Develop great relationships with stakeholders at all levels across the business, acting as their main point of contact throughout the contracting recruitment process
Collate CV screening and interview feedback to be shared with candidates and suppliers

Who you are:

To succeed in this role you'll:
Have experience of full-life cycle of recruitment, within digital and/or technology, ideally for the recruitment of contingent workers & contractors
Have an understanding of the digital and tech recruitment environment
Be experienced in attracting, screening and assessing candidates for specialised roles and contracts
Possess strong customer service skills and the ability to maintain remote relationships with multiple stakeholders
Believe in the power of communication and focus on building relationships long term with people
Be highly organised with demonstrable administration and support skills, handling a busy diary, managing conflicting priorities at the same time
Be able to book and coordinate multiple interviews on a daily basis
Have excellent written and verbal communication, a demonstrable ability to write and communicate clearly to candidates and stakeholders, as well as the ability to escalate and communicate risks in a timely manner
Have demonstrable experience and understanding of handling sensitive information, keeping a high level of diplomacy and confidentiality with strong attention to detail
Be proficient in using Google Suite (Sheets, Docs) or similar Microsoft software
Be creative and able to think on your feet; whether designing new recruitment templates to improve processes or being proactive in the face of challenges
