CRM Market Manager/Marketing Manager/Campaign Manager, Email, Optimisations, Campaigns. Hybrid & London working

An exciting new opportunity to work for a global retail brand within their CRM team. A successful candidate will be the CRM Market Manager for the companies.

The CRM Market Manager will work with the Head of CRM to originate overarching strategy including segmentation, comms and optimisation plan; agree with market stakeholders; and manage the delivery of campaign schedule via email, SMS, and other targeted channels to deliver commercial and customer KPIs.

Essential skills and experience include:

  • Experience in CRM campaign management - communications and data brief writing, creative and data agency briefing and management, internal stakeholder approval management - particularly for email marketing.
  • Creation of CRM strategies
  • Industry experience of Retail, Cosmetics or Beauty
  • Use of email HTML creation tools such as Taxi
  • Experience working with a marketing cloud platform such as SAP Marketing Cloud, Salesforce, Adobe etc.
  • Experience of owning projects and delivering to multiple deadlines with limited supervision
  • Reporting on campaign performance using Excel and direct experience with online analytics platforms such as GA (Google Analytics).
