We have an exciting opportunity with a Leading Consultancy for a Training Lead to be responsible for the design and implementation of the clients training strategy. In this role you will be accountable for the creation of training material utilising newly designed process maps and a training infrastructure working to ensure that the business is operationally ready.
Skills we can't do without:
- Leading the development and delivery of all elements of a training strategy and plan
- Good oral and written communication, which is clear and suited to audience
- Good PC skills including MS Office and in particular MS excel
- Ability to work on own initiative and be self-motivated
- Accuracy in performing tasks
- Team player who demonstrates good collaboration across team
- Demonstrates good time management skills, well planned and organised. Easily adapts to changing priorities
- Ability to plan and work to tight deadlines without compromising accuracy
- Positive & flexible attitude
- Ability to Influence colleagues and key stakeholders in a Tactful Manner
- Client focus
Skills we'd like:
- Good breadth and depth of knowledge of coordination, developing and building training plans and schedules.
- Proven experience in analytical thinking and problem solving.
- Delivering training to a wide audience
