Description
We are currently looking for an experienced Business Analyst to work within a successful E-Commerce company. The role will be offered on a Freelance basis in Berlin for at least 12 months.The candidate for this role will have excellent practice in organising projects across cross functional teams. They will be responsible for effectively rolling out our Salesforce CRM solutions to our global business operations team and work directly with numerous stakeholders within the business. As well as this they will also work closely with the CRM team to ensure delivery is on track within scope and the Product Manager to ensure that functional requirements are captured precisely and communicated to the Agile team through well written user stories.
Key responsibilities:
- Working with stakeholders to collect, identify, and define business needs.
- Expand knowledge on structure, policies, and operations of an organization to recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its objectives.
- Create user stories and to-be process flows to aid the design and development of Salesforce solution.
- Working with the Product Owner and team members to convert product roadmap features into well-articulated product requirements/user stories.
- Arrange and lead meetings with stakeholders and specialists including requirement sessions, system demos and user acceptance testing.
- Play a part in meetings with the SCRUM master and Product Owner.
- Recognise risks and issues, escalating to senior stakeholders for resolution.
- Train and help champion users among various teams to boost their success.
- Provide constant production support, including answering user issues, collaborating with the technical team to investigate and solve reported system issues, and communicating the resolution of issues to the departments.
- Document use cases, business/system/functional requirements.
Essential Competencies & Qualifications:
- Fluent speaking, and written communication in English
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Experience of working in a fast past environment
- Experience with Salesforce CRM
