About the position
As a Product Manager, you will work outbound and inbound to drive the execution of their product strategy and vision. You will work with their Vulnerability Management & Phishing Awareness Training platform. You will get to work closely with engineering and other internal teams, as well as their customers and partners to build and maintain a roadmap. We are looking for you with experience from working with organizational cyber security, that knows how to communicate with both engineering and business partners, and that has an entrepreneurial mindset.
Your daily activities
1. Break down features, outline detailed requirements and plan releases
2. Work with the team to improve the customer experience and define product specifications
3. Manage and prioritize backlog, ideas, and issues
4. Cooperate closely with the team with quick turnaround on blockers and urgent issues
5. Clearly communicate product plans, benefits, and outcome
6. Define and analyse metrics that track the success of products
Previous experience
1. Prior experience working as a Product Manager
2. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate professionally with customers, developers, sales, marketing, and customer success
3. To know the art of saying "No" and emphasize a strict product priority
4. To enjoy working operational, with an ambition to develop strategic skills over a period of time
5. Experience from high-growth technology companies within B2B
6. Experience of working with Gitlab, Aha or similar
7. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly and concisely
8. Passionate about UX, UI or development
9. Experience within the security landscape to some degree
10. Established KPIs and analytical metrics to track product adoption
