*!We have a very exciting opportunity for contractors to work for a prestigious financial services provider as a Client Co-Brand Analyst!*

The role is:

- Inside IR35 (PAYE), plus paid holidays, statutory sick leave and paid employer's NI and pension contribution

- 6 months contract

- Location: London; 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home

- Must have experience: some knowledge of Payments industry in Europe; Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint; Salesforce; some project management skills

Within Client Services, the Onboarding & Licensing team in Europe is made up of licensing, Card Design and Co-Brand. We provide operational support to clients, entailing specialised knowledge regarding company licenses, agreements, and rules. Our clients include financial institutions, third party processors, non-traditional clients and fintechs.

The Card Design part of the team reviews card design submissions and ensures they are compliant with the Product Brand Standards.

The Co-Brand parts of the team approves and reviews Co-Brand applications. This involves checking the eligibility of both the issuer and the Co-Brand partner and then recording the Co-Brand in the appropriate systems.

Job Description

This position is responsible for reviewing and managing Co-Brand applications from Bin Sponsors. This role co-ordinates and reviews applications and to ensure that both the issuer and Co-Brand partner are eligible to participate in the Co-Brand programme. The analyst will also be responsible for updating the relevant systems and providing updates back to the business and line manager.

Accordingly, it will be important to be able to be comfortable interacting with clients, but also doing the data entry and review of applications. Hence, attention to detail is key.

This role will support Co-Brand applications from across Europe reporting to the Senior Manager for Card Design and Cobrand within the Onboarding and Licensing team.

What we expect of you, day to day:

  • Monitor and respond to queries in Co-Brand Mailbox with a customer focused lens and if required engage with internal teams
  • Ensure cases and requests from mailbox are responded to and setup in Microsoft Dynamics within agreed OLAs
  • Creating/updating the Co-Brand Cases in Microsoft Dynamics (MSD)
  • Create/Update Co-Brand partners in Internal systems against each Co-Brand submissions.
  • Be accountable to check several Internal systems against each Co-Brand submissions
  • Refers cases to Senior Manager; exercising judgment to identify unusual scenarios or potential risks
  • Action simple Co-Brand applications within agreed OLAs and SLAs.
  • Co-ordinate and maintain Management Information (MI) which is timely, accurately.
  • Co-ordinate to take minutes and where appropriate lead various forums/boards/meetings in support of the team.
  • Works independently with moderate guidance; makes decisions across breadth of licensing issues raised by clients; using pre-defined parameters as guidance only and escalates as necessary
  • Be the first point of contact to provide support in relation to queries from both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Engage with colleagues across functions, ensuring teams such as Implementation, risk, market, legal are appropriately involved and informed about relevant issues
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and transformation impacting both process and tools.
  • Document and update process documentation as needed
