100% remote, based anywhere in the UK. My FTSE100 client is seeking a Service Design Project Analyst. Someone who has 1-2 years experience in Service Design and Transition. Preferably End user, Mobility, Modern Workplace, Infrastructure & IT Services. Someone who is a project manager within Service Transition would be on the right tracks with good ITIL knowledge.

You will in part:-
Own non-functional requirements transition (including self-service, security, compliance) activities on behalf of the transitioning programmes ensuring effective co-ordination of service handover between the project team, and the operation teams, on behalf of account and customer
Assess, scope, and validate readiness for Service, Operation and Organisation governing the quality of the release into BAU operations
Ensure effective co-ordination and communication between the project and the operations teams during the transition process
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (external and internal) engaged throughout the transition process
Manage customer's expectations through appropriate communications, reporting, assurance and governance to the point of acceptance into RUN/Operations
Shape plan and execute the service transition including the overall schedule and governance with selection and/or application of appropriate methodologies, processes and tools. Refining and enhancing the project, resources, estimates to complete and the execution against an agreed schedule relating to service acceptance into operations.
To gather and agree and manage acceptance criteria for support from project and ops teams necessary to complete ST process
To facilitate the Knowledge Transfer approach to ensure the new Service/product is supported with the right level of knowledge and documentation.
