Description
My banking client is seeking a Senior Compliance Consultant to review the SMCR frameworks and processes in place.
- Provide regulatory interpretation and advice in supporting the SMCR workstream
- Develop the Risk and controls across a number of workstreams
- Reviewing the existing guidelines for risk and controls
- Gap Analysis on frameworks and processes
EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience of advising business areas and stakeholders on compliance, conduct and regulatory issues in relation to SMCR
- SME on regulatory/compliance knowledge and particularly the Code of Conduct/SMCR
- Banking or Consultancy experience
