Job Title: Regional Marketing Contractor Support

Rate: 22 GBP Per Hour (Inside IR35) through Umbrella company(Pay stream)

Location: Edinburgh, UK (Hybrid Available)

Contract: 10 months Contract

Role Description:

The Marketing Senior Analyst will advocate for our brand and reputation locally by supporting the delivery oflocalisedcampaigns to our regional audiences. This will include overseeing the adaptation of UK and Global campaigns within each region, as well as driving original local partnerships& collaborations to createregionally relevant content.

In the UK,our Regional Marketing Team is focusing on evolving and maintaining our local reputation across our key regions to support the UK growth ambitions. In the UK our regional hubs include Scotland, North East, North West and Midlands of England.To meet these goals the Marketing Senior Analyst will focus on providing integral support to build local relationships, partnerships and source the top platform opportunities that talk to our priority UK campaigns to help embed Accenture into the fabric of the local businesslandscape. Key highlights that the Specialist will own are working closely with our regional media agencies to drive local content development (includingsocial media), support local leadership by providinga trusted marketing voice when planning and qualifying local initiatives, help to grow the relationships with local business organisations and industry partners,be a champion for the global brand in the local market and collaborate with the extended UKI Marketing + Communications team to ensure we are leveraging existing campaigns &content and bringing the latest & greatest of Accenture to the region.

The Senior Analyst will need to work in collaboration with other teams in Accenture both locally with our regional leadership teams & stakeholders and across the UK. In this fast-paced role,they will need to utilise strong organisational, project and stakeholder management skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities.

Responsibilities:

Whilst there is no 'typical' day at Accenture, the Senior Analyst can expect to spend time:

  • Providing integral marketing support to the Regional Marketing Lead such as managing the calendar of marketing activities across all regions and tracking deadlines for each stage in campaign delivery
  • Be the key point of contact for our local agencies to deliver our regional mediarelations, such as supporting approvals for content developmentand managing reporting for our senior stakeholders
  • Supporting event development and delivery, including sponsorships, client events & internal staff initiatives, tasks can include ad sourcing, branding, speaker liaison etc.
  • Managing relationships with third party organisationsand individuals to ensure that we bring Accenture to lifein the local marketplace in a consistent and meaningful way, ensuring any collaboration is representative of our core corporate values
  • Build on ourexisting marketing portfolioacross Scotland, North East, North West and Midlands of England by sourcing (as required) new opportunities and memberships relevant to our local business priorities and UK campaigns
  • Utilising all elements of the "channel mix" to bring our brand to life and amplify our local leaderssuch as podcasts, events, virtual activities, social media blogs, media etc.
  • Reporting and summarization of all activities

Preferred skills & experience:

Professional services and/or agency experience is preferable

Strong organisational and project management skills, with ability to simultaneously manage multiple, complex projects in a deadline-driven environment

Proven track record in stakeholder and agency management Partnership development and management Strong written and oral communication skills Ability to develop and apply creative solutions to complex issues Strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

A team player, able to collaborate and communicate with other marketing professionals in our extended marketing team around the world
Professional attitude and service orientation

Basic Qualifications:

  • At least 4years of experience in marketing, business development and/or marketing communications roles
  • Professional Services and industry relevant business-to-business marketing experience is preferable
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in Powerpoint and Excel
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken
