Implementation Manager - Payments - Acquiring - URGENT!
My client, a leading payments giant, is looking to hire an strong implementation manager to work on an acquiring transformation project. MUST HAVE Implementation Manager experience on a complex project in financial services.
- Understand the cross-domain solution from the perspective of activating and running the solution for customer
- Ensure that domains create relevant documentation for
- What is required to activate the solution for the first time - configuration, integration, other domain dependencies
- What is required to run the solution on regular basis - configuration, integration, other domain dependencies
- Ensure that E2E test team to have a test strategy for E2E testing of solution for
- Setup and run - from customer's point of view
- Setup and run - from internal point of view
- Create a detailed implementation plan that includes
- Implementation steps for domains as per activation document
- Release plan for E2E solution across domains based on domain release calendars and cross domain dependencies
- First Occurrence Validation steps with owners and success criterion for each key step from FoV
- Rollback/Forward fix strategy
- Runbook for subsequent implementation/s or periodic activation of the solution
- Track and report readiness for implementation across domains
- Work on removing impediments from implementation perspective
- Work with the Domain development teams and Domain release managers for release implementation and Impact assessment as necessary
- Set up walkthrough sessions of the implementation plans with PMs, EBAs, Domain & Solution Leads and other relevant stakeholders
- Align relevant development, testing, operational as well as external teams and relevant software and hardware resources First Occurrence Validation exercise
- Lead the implementation and report outcome at every key stage, issue communication to relevant stakeholders
- Conduct Post Implementation Review
- Payments experience preferred
