Asset & Procurement Administrator - Leatherhead - 12 Month Contract Inside IR35 - £200 p/d

This Asset and Procurement Administrator position is a hybrid role based in Leatherhead (2/3 days a week in office). Initial 12-month contract Inside IR35 with the opportunity for extension or to become a permanent role.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Control of all IT Procurement from order to invoice
  • Ordering of all hardware and software from 3rd party vendors
  • Working in line with agreed Service Levels/KPi's
  • Review and identify areas of improvement in the procurement process
  • Monthly reporting
  • Run monthly IT recharges (administrative function)
  • Run reports on Excel

Knowledge/Skills:

  • Experience in costumer management
  • Understanding of Procurement and Asset management in an IT environment
  • 12-month experience in a procurement and asset environment
  • Expert use of Excel
