Kirtana consulting is looking for Service designer with prior experience in Dev-ops model for 6months rolling contract in Nottigham.

Job description:

Must have skills
Analysis
- Knowledge of agile processes
- Prior experience of service design and early life support
- Knowledge of ITIL process
- Knowledge and prior experience in Dev-Ops model
- Self starter, analytical thinker, process orientation, stakeholder management
- Work in developing the future mode of operational across multiple identified service management capabilities
- Assist in identifying current Service Management processes; supplier, systems, process workflows etc
- Develop governance & decisioning model, decisioning papers for options each capability for future provision of services
- Develop designs and process documentation for future operating model
- Identification & roll out plan of tools and technical capability required

- Planning & tracking
- Costing
- Reporting
- Risk reporting
- Governance & steering
- Training & Comms planning
Nice to have skills
Prior experience in working in Cloud technologies or Microsoft Dynamics 360 is is preferred.
Job Description
Carve out service design for a digital transformation program
Work with various client and SI stake holders to plan out support model (in Dev-Ops) for features that will be deployed to production in increments (using agile methodology) by this transformation program
Document out the service design process including level 1 to level 3 incident management, problem management and early life support.
Clearly define Roles & responsibilities across various stakeholders.
Manage budget and schedule of the service
Management reporting on progress
