Contract SaaS Customer Success Solution Analyst

My client are a fast-growing company with an award-winning Enterprise Vendor Management SaaS Software platform. Through a modular design, it joins up the vital aspects of managing contracts, risk, performance, relationship, compliance, innovation, and sustainability. They are seeking an EMEA Enterprise Customer Solution Architect to maximise adoption and expand Enterprise and Strategic customer accounts. Customer Solution Architects are individual contributors, focused on onboarding new business accounts and growing the footprint through advocacy in the form of upsells within enterprise size accounts of more than 2,000 employees.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage the company's biggest and best clients across the U.K. and Europe
  • Work with clients on ensuring digital engagement and adoption on the platform
  • Deepen customer adoption by working with Customer Success to collaborate on deliverables such as demonstrations, training, FAQs, user guides and onboarding document
  • Work with the Account Management and Customer Success team on potential upsell use cases
  • Meet clients on site as much as possible and is requested by the client

Experience must include:

  • 2+ years' experience as either a Customer Success, Solution Analyst or Account Manager in a SaaS company
  • Evidence of project managing implementations with hands-on delivery of key tasks and data analytics.
  • You will ideally have experience analysing large data and presenting this back to clients using tools like Excel or other BI tools, PowerBI and Tableau
  • Knowledge of compute languages, pattern matching and regular expressions is an advantage.
  • A self-starter that can educate yourself using online material and computer-based training
  • You have some experience managing customers and developing relationships.
  • You have some strong customer-facing experience and regularly meet clients.

This role is predicted to fall outside IR35. Candidates must be able to work in Central London - currently there is a hybrid working model but this is subject to review.
