Data Platform Scrum Master - £500pd inside IR35 - 2 months - Brighton

Parity Group are delighted to partner with our client, a prestigious public sector organisation, who is looking to recruit a Data Platform Scrum Manager on an initial 2-month contract.

You will receive a competitive daily rate of £500 and the contract will see you inside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the leader of the mature Data Engineering scrum team ensuring achievability, good adoption of Agile and engendering a can-do team dynamic.
  • You will ensure clear communication of progress in status reports, maintain project controls and manage project finances with the finance team.
  • If required, continue to prepare the business case for further iterations and gain buy-in for finances, resourcing, governance, delivery method and approach.
  • Work closely with internal teams and the 3rd party supplier to ensure outcomes are realised within time, cost and quality tolerances.

Essential skills/experience:

  • Demonstrable experience of Agile, Scrum, Kanban or similar, combined with strong Senior Project Manager experience.
  • Accredited to Practitioner level in an industry recognised Agile methodology or equivalent experience.
  • Proactively owning and managing change governance, including project boards, PMO and change organisation leadership.
  • Stakeholder management at all levels and facilitation to be able to conclude discussions and reach consensus where multiple stakeholders may have multiple conflicting views.
