Job Title: Operations Stand Up Project Manager
Location: Edinburgh, UK + Some Travel Expected
Duration: 6 months Contract initially with a view to extend
Job Description:
- Looking for a senior project manager to support on the stand up of a new operation as part of a large scale pensions administration service transition programme.
- Looking for a business change focused senior project manager to lead on the stand up of a new operation to support pension members and employers.
- Must have experience of working to challenging timescales in a complex delivery environment with multiple dependencies.
- Experience of managing delivery budgets of up to £5M.
- Ability to quickly understand scope and formulate and track a robust delivery plan to ensure successful outcomes are achieved.
- Ability to communicate at all levels within the organization and to director level.
- Must have experience of delivery within financial services, pensions experience would be advantageous, delivery within an operational environment essential.
- Experience of any major divestment or large scale transition (Multi-Million pound) programmes advantageous.
- Must have excellent stakeholder management skills and a proven track record of Matrix management of people.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft office including Microsoft project.
