Contract Agile Delivery managers
Numi is currently hiring 2 contract Delivery Managers to drive digital transformation and engineering excellence at a globally leading commodities specialist. The role will work with a company that is leading a global digitalization strategy for a team-leading a new era of algorithmic trading.
We are looking for exceptional leaders, who have extensive product delivery experience partnered with a proven background managing software engineering teams in high performant environments.
Our client requires a quality-focused expert who has a digitally focused mindset and strives for engineering delivery and excellence when leading engineering teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead high performing engineering teams, to deliver quality products in an Agile environment throughout the SDLC
- Engage, collaborate, and drive distributed engineering teams to successfully deliver using methodologies such as TDD and BDD.
- Work cross-functionally to effectively deliver customers requirements
- Manage end-to-end technical delivery, taking accountability for estimation, planning, and measuring team performance
- Contribute to technical solutions from architecture through to design
- Advocate Thought leadership running educational workshops to ensure best practice and quality output
- Collaborate closely with project stakeholders, on top of keeping detailed documentation and holding regular retrospectives
- Regularly evaluate and manage team performance, to ensure your leadership is positively impacting the overall product
