Business Analyst - Agile, SAFe, TDD/BDD, PMO, BPA
Xpertise Recruitment are partnered exclusively with a leading technology organisation who have embarked on a large-scale transformation and separation programme.
As a result, they have identified the need for a Business Analyst (Agile, SAFe, TDD, BDD) to join them ASAP on an initial 6-month contract.
Candidates will have the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst
- Proven experience on large-scale transformation programmes
- Experience on large-scale separation programmes and with the separation of systems
- Experience defining strategic solutions and making business recommendation on future technical use
- Experience in Project Management/PMO including budget, time and resource management
- Experience across multiple IT solutions and IT platforms
- Proven experience in business process analysis
- Experience across development, test and architecture
- Strong experience in risk management and change management
- Proven experience of SAFe and Agile environments including SCRUM
- Experience of TDD and BDD environments
- Experience producing feasibility documents, feasibility documents business cases for the deployment of business and technology solutions/recommendations
- Experience of ITIL methodologies within a project management/change environment
The role is initially for 6 months and hybrid working with travel once or twice per week to East Yorkshire required.
The role is inside of IR35.
