SC Cleared Service Delivery Manager - 100% Remote - Cloud/Devops/AWS
TrinI.T. Talent are looking for a SC Cleared Service Delivery Manager to come on board for a 6 month contract based remotely. This role falls Out of Scope of IR35 and is paying £500 per day.

Highly experienced in managing internal (technical team) and external (client and product teams) relationships

Solid experience of Agile Delivery management - Scrum and Kanban

Experience in managing a highly technical Support and Operations team - co-ordinating their daily tasks and setting priorities

Come from a technical software engineering background and/or can demonstrate a solid technical understanding of working in a Cloud and DevOps centric environment

Previous line management experience/performance management/career development

Able to demonstrate previous experience of improving the quality of an existing service by tracking service metrics and other KPIs

Experience of implementing a new service - Service transition, ie converging multiple services and accepting new services

Highly experienced in incident, change and release management

Vendor management - managing relationships with service and data providers internal and external

Highly experienced working in a pressured environment, managing multiple services with varying SLAs including 24/7

Be able to demonstrate a good understanding of ITIL v4 - certification is preferred but not essential
